1. Eligibility for Returns:
   • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
   • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
2. Return Process:

   • Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
   • Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Return Shipping:
   • Return shipping costs will be covered by ClassicArtClub.com for defective or damaged items, or in cases where the wrong item was received.
   • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process:
   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
   • If the item meets our return eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
5. Exchanges:
   • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
